ChargerHelp

Township partnered with ChargerHelp to overhaul their EV data platform into a user-friendly AI-powered hub that supports customers’ and administrators’ complex maintenance flows.

We built and demoed prototypes to collect feedback and insights from the platform’s core users, then partnered closely with ChargerHelp’s product team to design and build new features.

The LLM implementation connected across communication platforms, quickly pulling key information from customer support tickets and emails to surface relevant work orders and historical data, provide a holistic view of asset health and work in flight, and aid predictive analysis for future charger health.
